Few rounds of interviews with multiple people. It was an enjoyable process. The overall process took about a month. The background check took a few weeks. It was an informal process.
Positive experience but the tests were a bit patronising. Then again, it's their law firm and it works for them. That said there didn't really seem to be any strategy to their questions.
