Very well organized recruitment process. First, I have been contacted by email following my application, to schedule a phone interview which I had with the recruiter to catch the common interest and to have an idea of my current professional situation. After this, I received and took an online assessment to enlighten my professional and interpersonal skills. Then I met the HR manager in their premises to identify possible matching with the job and the team. Finally, I met one week after 2 HR Business Partner (still in their premises) to strengthen the good fit within the company and the team and our own opinion. Last but not least, I received an offer by the HR manager by phone and email quickly after the last interview.
