Enjoyable but tough experience. Had two interviews, a technical and competency interview. Technical asked commercial awareness questions and competency asked situational judgment questions and skill / competency questions. Overall felt well organised assessment centre.

The interview was held online. I was given about 40 minutes to read the information provided by the firm. Then had 10-15 minutes to present my findings / answers to the Partner interviewing me.

Application, test, video interview then online assessment centre. Applied 17th November and had my assessment centre in mid December. Case study (1h), written exercise (25m), situational interview (1h). Both lawyers that interviewed me were lovely
