I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A24 in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online a few days after the application was posted. Received a first round Zoom interview meeting time and link by email two weeks later (time was already set). The first round was a group interview with eight other candidates, a coordinator on the team, and an HR coordinator. We went one by one answering questions, but because there were so many of us, only got through three questions besides our names (we all answered the same questions one after another). Received a follow up email a week later requesting a second interview for the next day, this time one on one. Interviewer said I should hear that day, but I reached out two weeks later to confirm because they never emailed. Would have loved to join the team, but took another offer!
Note: The original job posting had a start date of only three weeks after the job listing was posted. My first round interview was the Friday before that date, then my second round was well after. Don't lose hope if that date is coming up!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A24 (New York, NY)
Interview
Two general rounds - first being a group interview w/ about five others, the seconds being a one-on-one with you managers and immediate coworkers/supervisors should you get the role. Recommend speaking first in the group interview, otherwise your answers will seem generic.
