I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (Melbourne) in Apr 2023
Interview
When l turned up the hire manager was rude and very annoyed with the receptionist which should have started the alarm bells. The HR person was at home and the hire manager struggled to connect to the remote setting to bring in the HR person. The HR person continually asked me to repeat my answers to questions as her connection kept on dropping. And at one stage left the interview because she had a delivery. It was highly disorganised and unprofessional. The hire manager was just very rude and never responded to emails. They even asked me why l applied as l had such a technical background, yet they were the ones who selected me. Very strange people and poorly constructed interview process.
