There is a three part to the hiring process. There is a seminar and two interviews. This is a work at home position, so they want to make sure that your system is up to par and you have great internet services. Overall its a very easy interview, but make sure you focus or tie everything into customer serivce.
Via Zoom. The company interviewing was great. She mostly asked about unruly customers and how I would deal with that. I lost connection during the zoom and I feel that cost me the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ABC Fitness (Beaumont, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
I had a video interview because it was a remote position. I applied (3/14) and received an email the next day to have my interview, and I did my interview on 3/16. It was a basic introduction into the company and what to expect. In this process you're just responding to pre-recorded questions. I received a request from Talent Acquisition to set up a virtual face-to-face interview via HireVue on 3/26. After my interview I received an e-mail maybe an hour later telling me that I was chosen to join the ABC Financial team.
