I applied online and had to complete a number of assessments before moving forward. Since I did well on the online assessments, they ask me to give them 6 references and they emailed them a form to fill out about my work ethic, etc. Next I was invited to a group orientation via the phone to learn more about the company and given 2 tasks to complete. if you completed the task successfully then you had an interview with the recruiting coordinator. Next, I interviewed with a Supervisor. The whole process took about two months. The people were nice, but I thought it was a long drawn out process for a job that only pays $10.50 an hour.
