It was a group interview. Very different from your standard interview or small group interview. It's a large group interview. Be prepared and be attentive. You will be presented with an overview of the culture and customer group. Industry knowledge and experience is a plus. Your "coolness under fire'" may also be reviewed. You may be asked to explain things and during the explanation your communication skills are being actively audited.
