I didn't apply for this job. The recruiter reached me on Linkedin. In the first five minutes, the interviewer introduced herself in a friendly way. She asked me to tell her my last experience and I told her in detail. After I finished, she wanted to learn if I can relocate and live in Hamburg. After my negative response, she ended the interview by stating it is mandatory to living in Hamburg for this position. I am a meticulous person and prepare for hours even the first interview. Time is valuable for both sides and this crucial question should be asked before arranging an interview.
