A recruiter from ABOUT YOU approached me on LinkedIn. I didn't respond at first, and I decided to apply when he wrote me twice. I booked a meeting with him, but unfortunately couldn't attend due to sudden changes on my holiday. Then he told me I will meet his colleague because he won't be available for some time. I booked a meeting and we had our first interview. It was ok. After that I didn't hear anything for 2-3 days. I asked about it, and they said ok we want to proceed. Another meeting was arranged with a tech lead. It was a top level technical discussion. The day after I received a message that says they have better matching candidates, so they decided not to go forward with me. I asked what the exact reason is, so it would help to fix my weak points, but he did not respond. I would expect a more comprehensive feedback.
