Overall, the experience was great and enjoyable. The Recruiter was creating a feeling that we were old friends. A few strange things: – no team cultural fit call (I requested it by myself) – the case study was with only 1 stakeholder; the second was sick. The process: 1. HR 2. Head of Engineering 3. Case study (home task) 4. Case study presentation (Product Lead from other squad, Head of Engineering) 5. Product Director 6. VP of Product (Offer) *7. Call with Tech Lead *8.
