ACA Compliance Group Analyst interview questions

It is a rigorous interview process that involves four rounds of phone and in person interviews with people at many levels of the firm, from Analyst to a Partner. ACA really emphasizes cultural fit.

Four round hiring process. Round one is general overview of firm and your skill set. Round two is behavioral questions and logic questions. Round three is an in person sit down interview. There is also a writing sample involved. Round four, potential new hire will speak with partner of the firm. Get to speak with analysts, HR, and others in the firm throughout the process.
