An emailed invitation to interview was sent about a week or so after I applied. Interview was a panel of 6 people. I based my prep on the job description. There were several questions about data analysis, interpretation, and an emphasis on working with external partners. None of which were mentioned in the job description, which I thought was a big misalignment and not exactly fair.
