Group interview at the Four Points hotel in Metairie on veterans blvd. Drug test mouth swab when you arrive. A room of about 8-10 managers/GM/DM at different tables that you go and speak with for a few minutes. You may speak with about 4 different people.

the interview process was easy. the questions were general name a time when questions. for the most part if you can think of two or three customer service examples you’ll be fine.
Asked about my overall background, skills, and cash handling experience. Situational questions were asked as well. Must be a people person and very attentive to detail. Also must be comfortable with making collection calls.

Easy interview process quick hiring but, forces you to sell products you wouldn’t purchase yourself. That prepaid card has so many fees I don’t know why anyone would want it.
