I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Irvine, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Ask you what your interests are, why you want the job, and how your experience is relevant to the job. Alone with another HR rep in a room. They like to see in-home experience because most of the time you are traveling to a 2 hour session in a client's home.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you react to a child that is not complying?
They will ask you questions such as what is your greatest strengths and weaknesses, if you worked with kids before, and how would you respond to difficult situations. Just study your common interview questions and you are set.
I applied online. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Van Nuys, CA)
Interview
Panel interview on video call with other applicants. Case study and behavioral questions. “If you were given 3 items, how would you use these objects to play games with kiddos?” Interview was easy, if you move forward you’d start training modules from home first before they put you out on the field.

“If you were given 3 items, how would you use these objects to play games with kiddos?”
The interview process was short. There was a phone interview followed by a zoom interview. They asked general and in depth questions about my past experiences. I wish they would’ve been a little more clear and honest on their requirements but they say it differs for every office.
