It was simple and straight forward, they ask about your experience working with children and why you may be interested in joining the team as well as any other relevant experience you may have that can help you with the job.
I had a phone call with two people who asked questions about my background and what brought me to this job. They were friendly and respectful throughout the process. The questions mainly pertained to my experience in the area.

Pretty easy. Did a screener call and then a Zoom interview. The Zoom ended in a job offer. They asked me about some scenarios and asked about my resume. The lady seemed very kind and was engaged the entire time.
