ACES ABA RBT ABA Therapist interview questions

Decided not to move forward with the interview as the recruitment process was unpleasant. Simply put all communication was unprofessional and unkind. They were unresponsive, rude, and unapologetic. I was asked the same questions multiple times and it was clear they weren’t listening to my answers and clearly reading a script. I didn’t expect enthusiasm but I do expect at least a bit of kindness. I chose not to proceed. I’m not interested in joining a team that does not respect or value me. I hope their other candidates were treated more respectfully. First impressions matter and how you’re treated when you come in is how you’ll be treated if/when you leave. Don’t ignore the red flags and listen to your gut.
