I was initially offered this job after a very informal phone interview, sight unseen. The process was fast, which should have thrown a red flag. I asked for an on-site interview in order to see the facility and meet some of the people I would be working with. The site interview occurred informally with the HR rep I had been in contact with and the 'big boss'.
