I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Pune) in Dec 2009
Interview
The process is pretty simple which consists of a personal interview with HR, an aptitude test, another interview with HR and then an interview with operations. The usual questions are asked that would give the information if you are planning to stay for a long time and are a trustworthy person. Smile throughout the interview and I'm sure you'll crack if you're interested.

Question 1
As you said you have your own business settled and that is growing since the time it started. Let's say if tomorrow your mom calls up and asks you to join the business immediately, what would you do?
Too long of a process, barely got to speak when talking to a recruiter across the country. The whole time just talking about how great and big the company is.
Did not return messages (HR) after they reached out. Received email about job and contacted Hr rep back and forth but did not hear back from them after setting up time to interview.
