It was 3 interviews overall. The whole process took about 3 weeks. The interviewers asked a couple standard questions but it was mostly a conversation. All of my interviews were over the phone.

Extremely thorough and very communicative on deliverables and deadlines, I would go as far as to call it extremely efficient Started with initial phone screen from a recruiter and introduction to ADP as well as the job description and what it entails. A communication test was administered to ensure that grammatical structure and spelling was sufficient. A few days later I scheduled an interview with two managers, one on the phone and one in person at the office building; More of a soft skills emphasis. I was extended an offer the following week, which I accepted and initiated a background check. The week following was when I received my clearance and instructions to report. Overall, extremely positive and reassuring for someone wanting to work with ADP.
