There were several steps to the interview. Pre-interview with some basic questions. 2nd interview was with two department leaders and it was done remotely, due to Covid. I feel some questions were pretty straightforward, while others were more abstract.

Interview
They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.
