The initial interview was simple. There were multiple interviews on the phone (6) and then you have an on-site interview. The on-site interviews was with about 25 people and started at 8:00 in the morning and lasted until 5:30pm. Interviews were with either a single person or a group. Consisting of sales and engineering questions. You also had to give a presentation on a technology that you sold in the past or relevant to the industry of Adtran.
