Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. They came to my campus and did were accepting resumes at the career fair. I gave them my resume and chatted about what they did for a little bit. I received an email within the next few days and got an interview.
The interview was with three people from ADTRAN. Two HR guys and a technical manager. The entire interview was technical without a single behavioral question. I wish I could remember more of what he asked me, but he had talked to our professors and knew some of the projects we were doing so asked questions relevant to what was going on. The questions were definitely in depth programming questions. For example I think there was a C++ question that was a big inheritance question between classes A, B, and C and how they interacted together. I must have aced the interview because they offered me a job at the end of it.
They gave me plenty of time to consider it. I went for an onsite tour a few weeks later to tour their campus in Huntsville. It definitely is impressive. I was sold by the end of the tour and decided to join with them. However, not everyone gets offers at the end of the interview. I was touring with about a dozen or so other potential co-ops who all had to do two more rounds of onsite interviews into which I can't give much insight on. So while they did that, I along with 3 other already offered co-ops got to take a tour of the town. It was pretty neat.
Over all a very good interviewing experience.

Question 1
I wish I could remember more about it, but it was an inheritance problem in C++ showing 3 classes, A, B, and C. They all inherited each other in different ways, some were static etc. The main was just printing output from each class and the interviewer wanted to know what the final output would be.
1st interview was on campus: behavior + simple digital logic question + simple coding question.
2nd interview was on site at HQ: there was no behavior. Whiteboard coding question. You also get nice campus tour and a lunch (beautiful campus).

The interview process was fairly simple. First an on-campus interview that covered the basics of C++ inheritance and polymorphisms. Then two on-site interviews, both mostly about basic data structure and algorithms related questions. Got an offer within the week of the interview. Overall a fairly pleasant interview experience. Oh and, did I mention the free lunch?

Interview
I interviewed with some representatives at my school. They were quite nice and friendly. I asked some questions I had about the company and they asked about what I was interested in, the classes I was taking, and why I chose my major. I was invited for a second round of interviews on the Huntsville campus. They took me on a tour of the campus and I had two interviews while I was there. They asked me some technical questions dealing with the classes I have had up till then. I received an offer a few weeks later.
