Interview
During the interview, I was told that I was one of the few applicants who had a background specific to technical writing (most of the other applicants were software developers) and that my web portfolio helped me stand out from the others. Because of this, it felt like the interviewers were selling ADTRAN to me as opposed to me selling myself to the company.
