Worst interview experience I ever had with high voltage division of AES clean energy. Completely unprofessional, no communication at all. The HR and hiring manager did not even have courtesy to reply back when someone asks about status of application. If you do not want to move forward with the candidate, atleast show some respect in writing small email, otherwise don’t waste time of candidates. I Will never consider high voltage team of AES again.
