Very thorough questioning. It was exactly what you'd expect from this type of employer and this position. Overall, it was a very positive process and I greatly enjoyed my job.

The questions were mostly scenario-based and varied. You were given rules and then asked what you would do if "X" happened. The expectation was to follow the instructions and point out scenarios where those instructions might need more guidance from management.
