The worst experience I have ever had interviewing for a company. I started out very excited talking to the recruiter. The position is for a data quality analyst and the recruiter told me the salary range was 55k-65k. I next interviewed with one of the project managers who said the salary was 50k-55k. When I was speaking with the project manager she said the position on her team is for a Program Specialist but it's basically the same as the data quality analyst. I spoke again with the recruiter and asked her if the position I applied for is the same as the one I just spoke to the project manager about and the recruiter said yes it's the same position you applied for, so I asked her to confirm the salary range she said it is 48k-52k.... I told her that is less that my current and I'll have to think about continuing the process. I feel very frustrated at this point. I am definitely looking for a move up and was happy with the original range stated in the beginning when I first started the process. I emailed the recruiter and told her my concerns about the position and that I would not be interested unless they could offer the salary as described when I originally spoke to her. She never returned my email. AgData wasted my time and is extremely unprofessional.
