I really wish I had read other people's interviews before continuing with them because I am apparently not the first person they've done this to. I was told the salary range for this job was $115k/year. I went through THREE rounds of interviews which took over two weeks. At the end they presented me with an offer for $100k/year! Then they took three days to "negotiate" at which point I didnt hear anything from them and they came back with the exact same offer. As someone actively looking for work, this felt like a colossal waste of my time that I could have spent pursuing a serious option. Before you even START the process, put the salary range you discussed IN WRITING. Better yet- skip this one.
