Make appointment through the e-mail, get a phone call to let you know you are not qualify. I wonder if the resume review was done before reaching out to a candidate. Waste of time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After some initial discussion to see if it was a good fit, we agreed to an onsite interview. I interviewed 3-4 people I would be working with at Ahead. Each asked questions related to what their interaction with me would be. Each portion of the interview lasted anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes. I was given a very accurate description of what it would be like at Ahead. I feel like everyone was very honest with me about what to expect.
