I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
At the time I interviewed the process was streamlined. The recruiter called me, then I was brought in to me the Director of Recruiting, given an agenda and given a tour of the facility. I met one other key individual on my first visit and was brought in for a second round of interviews where I met 4 additional team members. Now there is nothing left of the recruiting department.

Question 1
It was very conversational and relaxed when I went through the process
I applied online. I interviewed at AHEAD in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied and got an email ASAP. Scheduled phone screen for a few days later and it went well. On the phone, they said they want to go through the process fast so next step would be in the next couple days then the final interview would be after that.
Heard nothing for a week after the phone screen so reached out twice and never heard back. Ended up getting an automated email two months later saying they’d filled the position.
Phone interview was really good and I enjoyed the conversation so it was a disappointing turn of events.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2014
Interview
I was contacted by AHEAD's internal recruiter. Then we had a 30 minute conversation once we were able to coordinate our schedules.
I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with the company's EVP, then met briefly with whom was to be my recruitment counterpart.
One more face-to-face was scheduled with the Director of Services who had a last minute schedule change, otherwise I would have met him in the same day.
