Interview
I initially interviewed for a different position that was not quite a good match at the time. I did not get to the next steps of the process for that role. I still appreciated the recruiter's (keeping the names generic as I am not sure if I can disclose that information here) time and mentioned that hopefully I get considered if there was a position opening soon that was a better fit.
I was not expecting to hear anything after that. However, after a few weeks, I get an e-mail from the recruiter for another role. From there, they got the ball rolling pretty quick.
First, I interviewed with the Team Architect. Second, I interviewed with the Team Technical Lead. Lastly, I interviewed with the Team Director. After a few days, I received an offer letter.
Everyone was incredibly amazing throughout the process. Everyone who I coordinated and had conversations with were pleasant and nice.
The process was quick. My timeline for this was during the December holiday rush so I thought things were going to progress slowly but it was all pretty quick and smooth.
Overall, great experience with the recruitment process and I'm excited to get started!
