I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD
Interview
The interview process consisted for interviews with the recruiter (30 mins), managing principal (1 hour), peer consultant (1 hour), presentation with managing principle and tech lead (1 hour), and VP (30 minutes). Interviewers posed relevant questions, no curve balls, and provided time for 2-way conversation and questions. Recruiter was communicative through the whole process and even helped speed things along.

Question 1
How would you go about pursuing more work with an existing client? How would you communicate new opportunities to them?
(presentation) Your timeline of activities reflect a waterfall approach. It seems I wouldn't see any progress for a few months, how can we adjust this timeline show progress earlier?
Its not the worst, it was 3 rounds long: case study, manager interview, technical so its really not the most rigorous. Overall good interview process not too hard. Id recommend just studying up on their values/
3 round, First round with HR, second with a manager with a past project presentation, and final round with a manager, more on behavior. Generally very smooth and fast, finish within the time scope of three weeks
Pretty fast interview process. Good communication from recruiters in between. Not an overly complex interview by any means. Initial round with a recruiter, then one with the hiring manager, and then one with the manager of the broader group.
