Step 1) Screening with Recruiter Step 2) Talk with Hiring Manager on a Tech Team (Present a Case Study, a project you have done that relates to the technology you're interested in) Step 3) Live Hackerrank Challege (Algorithm Questions) With a LAUNCH Graduate or Sr. Consultant Step 4) Conversation with Executive Leadership Step 5) Final HR Conversation I applied to the LAUNCH program after speaking to current and former consultants including executives months in advance. I interviewed and applied in May for the July cohort, making it all the way to the Hackerrank round. Usually the LAUNCH program has 2 cohorts, but due to current economic conditions, they cut it to 1 for the foreseeable future. My experience with the Hiring Manager, Executives, and SR Recruiter were great; however, I did have to be on top of the initial interview screening (plenty of back and forth). Hackerrank consisted of 2 question, Leetcode Easy-Medium in difficulty. 20-25 mins. I answered the first and didn't finish the 2nd. I was assured that the Hackerrank wasn't as cut-throat as other tech interviews, but in the end, I wasn't given much feedback as to why I was passed on. Let it be noted that this was the FIRST incoming cohort to be presented with a Hackerrank challenge - I imagine they went with people who aced the questions due to the extraordinarily large labor pool. Also note that at the moment they require on-site relocation. This could be at any of their hubs: Scottsdale, Chicago, or Atlanta.
