I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AHEAD
Interview
I began interviewing for the Logistics Coordinator position and, over nearly three months, participated in interviews for four different roles. Despite being told these interviews were 'informal,' they consisted of just one or two questions, leaving it unclear how decisions were being made. There was no opportunity to elaborate on my experience, and I was not provided with clear feedback about why I was not selected for these roles. After this prolonged process, I ultimately received a generic 'best of luck' email.
The lack of transparency and respect for candidates' time suggests that this company does not value the qualifications or efforts of potential hires. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging with their hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Pretty standard. Started with a phone interview with the recruiter, then spoke with a manager/director on the phone a few days after that. A few days later I was given notice they wanted to bring me into the office for an in-person interview with 4 members of the team. Everyone was very friendly and very open to discussing their role, the company culture, and personal details. Really enjoyed meeting everyone during the interview process.
