Recruiter sets up an onsite visit with hiring manager and the team. The visit was pretty informal as you do a walk through and speak with the team. Depending on the feedback from them, you continue to the next step which was a virtual call interview with the VP of Operations.

The questions asked were primarily regarding what was listed on my resume. I was asked to explain further the details of the bulleted items on my resume. I was also asked why I departed the previous companies.
