The Recruiter contacted after obtaining my resume from somewhere on the internet. after scheduling a meeting at their office, i met the HR and a business operative. The discussions revolved around the mission as well as business development "theory" (hunter, farmer, account management...). I later met with the regional VP, where we discussed more about personality and the company in general. A week after, a HR based in France called my for a thorough HR interview, with what i assume was a personality test as well as situational tests. I received a debrief about 5 days later. Extensive interview, but very helpful, insightful and professionally handled.
