3 skype or phone interview. First a genereal one where you have to describe your technical experiences, then a technical one with the site they are willing to send you, and a last one about your motivation for joining AKKA.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AKKA Technologies (Geneva) in Dec 2017

3 steps.
Step 1: phone call, to gauge my interest.
Step 2: Coding interview through the HireVue platform. There were 3 coding questions with limited time, each followed by an explanation question with unlimited time.
Step 3: Video call interview through the HireVue platform. The usual questions, who am I, why am I here, what are my strengths, weaknesses, etc.

Question 1
Two of the harder questions were to convert numeric values into Roman numerals, and to give back currency change for a bought item.
You have to be able to parse data input, which took 20 min of the coding time, as I was unprepared for that. Data input was split by "," and ";".
You have to be able to give back the answer in the right (asked) formatting.
