I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin. She suggested to set up an interview to discuss my motivation and experience. The interview took place online through a video conference between the recruiter and me in French. I shared my skills and experience while she took notes. At the end of the interview she shared a file with me where I was asked to fill in my competencies. I was told that, as the next step, my file would be shared wtih the technical managers and should there be an interest in my file I would be invited for a technical interview. After about a week, I was informed in email that my profile did not generate interest for the time being but my file would be kept in the database in case something should come up.

Interview process was concise, transparent, applicable to job. There was good communication at each stage. Company assigned one HR manager to keep contact with me and they would always clarify my doubts.
