Entspanntes Abtasten der Erwartungshaltung, wenig technische Fragen, diese auch sehr high level. Nette Atmosphäre ohne Druck, ehrliche Rückmeldungen zu Gehalt und Vorstellung der Firma.
Auf Fragen nach Gehalt und Home Office wird ehrlich geantwortet, sollte aber auch direkt abgefragt werden.

Después de pasar todas las fases de la entrevista, conocer los detalles sobre el proyecto y al responsable, en diciembre me aseguraron que el puesto era mío y que me llamarían después de Navidad para confirmar y cerrar el contrato. A día de hoy 6 meses después no he recibido ni una llamada de ellos, ni siquiera para avisar de que finalmente no salía adelante la posición. Muy poco profesional.

Un premier entretien RH, portant sur des questions d'ordre global : présentation, et quelques questions du type RH. Si ce premier pas est réussi, un deuxième entretien le suit.
