Interview
I was approached via LinkedIn, with a job description and after sending them my CV, the HR person scheduled a call interview a week after. If you pass the HR screening, your CV is passed to one of the hiring managers. The HR person for the screening does not have technical knowledge of the field, therefore the questions are of general nature.
