Applied early April, took over 1 month to get an initial screen. Had 6 additional interviews (individual, panel, and presentation interviews) and an exercise over another 2 months. Total time in process 91 days. Feedback lagged by weeks at some parts. It became clear towards the end of the process that the new recruiting function they were building would not be respected by the business, and just a means to an end (refer to the question asked below).
