There were three interviews. Harder and in more detailed as they progressed. Good company to work for. Is good company with great pay. Room for growth within next five years.

WOW! I have been to several Aldi hiring events and was stunned by the lack of insignificant questions asked to hire qualified, experienced staff. Only 2 questions were asked and the application was never looked at.
