Through their online website. I first received an invitation to an information session, which was followed by an interview the following day. The interview took about 20 minutes to complete.

First interview was a group info session then breakout rooms being interviewed by department employees, second interview was with another employee from the respective department. Pretty easy interview process, just wasn't impressed by the people interviewing me.
