I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (York, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and about a week later received an email inviting me to an interview. I informed a staff member (on checkout - there was no customer service desk) I was there for an interview. The recruitment staff member took me to the office and asked me to tell her about myself. It was all very friendly and informal. I was not asked to produce evidence of right to work in the UK.

Question 1
Had I been in any high pressure work situations? And how did I cope?
Long and unnecessary with 4 rounds of interviews. One online then another 3 in store around a table with all the other candidates. It was pleasant but very long winded and I took another job in the time it took to get to the final interview
