Interview
I interviewed for a position at an Aldi location opening in Elkridge, MD. They had two tents set up outside in the parking lot with a few tables and applications you could fill out if you hadn’t already, then another table had about three Aldi recruits who would ask you some extremely easy questions that took under three minutes and that was about it. Afterwards the recruit that had interviewed me told me they would get in touch with me in a few weeks about the position, but I never heard from them.

I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
