It was fake right from the beginning. Once the hiring manager saw that I was 50 years of age, no way was I getting the job. She was intimidated by my knowledge and experience. I knew no matter how well I did in my interview, this unprofessional hiring manager was not going to hire me. She came up with some garbage excuse not to employ me. Aldi in my opinion are not 'Good Different' but rather 'Bad Racists'. They discriminate against anyone over 40. I'll never recommend Aldi to anyone. By the way, their pay is garbage! Do your maths.

Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
