FIrst is phone interview with HR. Talked about the job responsibilities. HR ask previous experience. Then scheduled for a second interview with Manager. The interview consists of 2 other candidates done on MS Teams. Behavioral questions, about 5-10 "Tell me about a time" questions

Interview
Had a first interview with Aldi with 2 managers. Pretty intense with both managers asking competency questions. The role sounded very demanding which Aldi is known for. In the end I decided to relocate so wouldn’t have taken this job anyway.
