Called in for an Assessment. Turned out that was nothing just an introduction of the job. During this assessment counted multiple safety issues in the building the the Team Lead was not even give attention for that. The hourly base was too good to be truth, the night shift bonus is max 4 hours of you time the rest off is on normal day rate. Non guaranteed working hours over 30 hours or finishing time, no overtime bonus and no holiday for new year. Totally waste of time. Also if you have a higher education or take a part of a course which can lead a different path they won`t call you back.
