fairly straightforward, a lot of questions regarding previous experience. a lot of questions regarding your customer service skills and how you would put it to use, therefore need to know how to apply it to the scenarios given
Long and unnecessary with 4 rounds of interviews. One online then another 3 in store around a table with all the other candidates. It was pleasant but very long winded and I took another job in the time it took to get to the final interview

Online interview through their website. You have about 3 days to complete it. Every answer is recorded and you can't redo the recording. There was 4 questions. The timer counts you down for each question (about 20 second). The frustrating part is it only gave me 15 seconds to answer each question.
