Interview
It’s multiple interviews with call backs. The fist is when you turn your application in. They judge your appearance. If they mark you application you’re already out of the running. They will call only the people that’s applications are left unmarked. Then you come in for a group interview. Then you get a call back for an interview with the district manager. Then another interview with the store manager. It’s a long process.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Dyersburg, TN) in May 2026
Interview
I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
